Ballpark estimates provided through the Site, by phone or by message are informational only and based on the details and photos you provide. Final pricing, scope and schedule are confirmed in a written estimate or contract after an on-site walkthrough. Estimates are not an offer that binds Arbicon LLC until confirmed in writing.
Content on the Site — text, photos of our work, graphics and branding — belongs to Arbicon LLC or is used under license, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Some illustrative photos of materials and interiors are licensed stock imagery; project galleries and before/after comparisons labeled as our work show real Arbicon projects.
The Site is provided "as is". While we keep information current, we don't guarantee that every description, color representation or timeline on the Site fits every project. Workmanship warranties for performed Services are defined in your written contract — typically a 3-year written warranty on cabinet finishes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbicon LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the terms of a signed service contract.
